1. Sampling
A sample, a layout, AI file, PDF, even a picture (special materials and color must be remarked.) has been enough for us to produce the sample of your plush toy. We will provide the exact price together with the sample.
A. Sampling cost: 100 ~150USD (according to different structure and size); When your order quantity is above 2000pcs, sampling fee could be returned back to you.
B. Sample leading time: 5~7 days after confirmation of sampling fee and material details. When style and color of first sample is confirmed, we will produce the formal sample.

C. We will send pictures or sample to customer for confirmation. Then according to customer's requirement, do some revision, until sample is finally confirmed.

A: We will sign a NDA(Non Disclosure Agreement) with you this means we cannot show or reproduce your product without your permission. We are in toy business more than 12 years that we only manufacture goods for you. We have no interest in stealing idears, and we insist that it is in writing. Contact us for an NDA.
Q: How much for customizing one plush sample?
A: This is depdent on the complexity of your idear or artwork. Normally need $80.00~$150.00 or more.
Q: Will our sample cost be refunded?
A: Yes, it will be refunde after get your order.
Q: How long need take for customized plush sample?
A: As usually it will be took 5~7 days for one kind of sample.
Q: Where do I send my idears?

Q: What is your minimum order?
A: 2000piece as normally but can be less if we have stock material.

A: Yes. We can add your logo or name on plush toy in various ways. We can make your logo on the T-shirt/belly/feet/face of plush toy by silk screening or embroidery. We also can provide your own hang tags or sewing label. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage.

A: Yes, You can. We can disscuss togther to choose suitable, safety, non-hamful material to make nice sample
Q: What if I have special packing need?
A: . No problem...We can pack your toy in simple polybag or can design a full color display box. Just let us know your requirement.
Q: How long does it take for production?
A: It depond on your order quantity. Approximately 35~45days after the prototype is approved and get your deposit.
Q: Will my toys be safe
A. Yes. All of our toy can meet EN 71, CE, ASTM, AZO FREE and other interional standard. If you need we can supply testing report by third part testing lab like SGS
Q: Do you make anything else besides plush toys?
