Introduction:

The fibers used for manufacturing nonwovens, such as cotton, bast fiber and terylene are always transported to the factory in a compact package. To improve the quality of nonwovens produced, the raw materials need to be opened and the impurities in the raw materials need to be removed. We can offer you cotton opener, coir fiber opener and combined opener, which can tear apart large chunks of fibers into small chunks and remove the impurities. The common machines are displayed below. We can redesign some parameters, such as size, power and so on for you according to your needs.

Characteristics and structure:

1. The frame is welded by Q235-A steel plate, with qualitative processing.

2. Feeding lattice is leather lattice matched with 3 sets of bale opener.

3. Feeding is controlled by the photo electricity of big blender, with reversing switch.

4. Strong magnet for sucking metal dusts.

5. Alarm and reverse running when jammed.
