A: 1. After confirming your desired product, you can request samples. We invite you to check the quality.

2. If you want a standard (unlabeled, unmarked) sample, we will send the free sample to you, but you need to pay for the sample’s freight costs.

3. If you need to change product size or any others specifications, email us details of those changes (preferably in pictures). We can renegotiate cost.
